All Dayton High School rules apply for the prom. The following list includes a few reminders of school rules as well as a couple of additional procedures since the prom will not be on campus. 1. The Dayton High School dress code applies!
  2. Tobacco and alcohol are not allowed.
  3. Pagers and beepers are not allowed. If your guest is required by their employer to carry a beeper, it must be left at the door with a prom sponsor. If the beeper sounds, the owner will be notified.
  4. Students will be required to sign in and out, and arrival and departure times will be recorded and will be made available to parents upon request.
  5. Students will not be allowed to return to the prom after signing out.
  6. Neither students nor guest of students will be allowed to rent rooms at the hosting hotel.
  7. If a student is discovered having alcohol or drugs on their person, or suspected of consuming alcohol or drugs prior to entering prom, they will be placed in a holding room until their parents arrive to drive them home. They will not be released to leave on their own.
