Course Outline:  
Physical education involves five one-hour sessions each week.  The main emphasis of the program is on physical fitness and sportsmanship.  The boys learn the fundamentals of several team sports including flag football basketball, and softball.  The girls learn the fundamentals of several sports including volleyball, basketball, softball, and aerobics.  Participation and attitude are the important factors in determining a student's success or failure in the physical education program.

Course Outline
The health education curriculum includes nutrition, diets, eating disorders, human anatomy, and physiology including the skeletal, muscular, heart, circulatory and respiratory systems, lifelong fitness, stress management, control of emotions, family dating friendships, sex education and reproduction.
